About Forward Focus Training

Forward Focus Training helps organisations, support services, and individuals build healthier, fairer, and more inclusive workplaces.

We provide in-house training, eLearning, and practical digital resources that make inclusion and wellbeing easy to put into practice.

We work with employers, SMEs, support organisations, and employability services across Scotland and the UK, as well as individuals looking to develop their confidence, workplace knowledge, and wellbeing skills.

Forward Focus Training operates remotely from Dundee, Scotland, delivering in-person training across the country and digital learning UK-wide. Our registered office is in Glasgow for administrative purposes.

We combine practical learning with a personal approach. Every course, toolkit, and resource is designed to create meaningful change - not just raise awareness - helping workplaces become genuinely inclusive and supportive.

In-House Training

We deliver interactive training on topics including disability inclusion, equality and diversity, workplace wellbeing, neurodiversity, inclusive recruitment, and employability support for staff working with disabled jobseekers

Yes. Every in-house programme is adapted to your organisation’s needs, ensuring it’s relevant, engaging, and directly applicable to your workplace.

Yes. Everyone who completes a Forward Focus Training course receives a digital certificate of participation.

Amanda O’Connell delivers much of the training personally, supported by freelance trainers who share her expertise in inclusion, wellbeing, and employability support.

It includes free and paid eLearning, editable toolkits, templates, and quick-access resources.

It’s for employers, managers, employability workers, and individuals who want straightforward, practical tools to improve inclusion and wellbeing at work.

 

You’ll find short guides, bitesize eLearning, workplace templates, and full toolkits covering topics such as disability inclusion, reasonable adjustments, mental health, equality rights, and inclusive workplace culture.

Yes. Many Learning Hub resources are completely free to download. You can start there and choose to upgrade to paid toolkits or courses whenever you’re ready.

No. All Learning Hub resources are available for instant access through your account, whether or not you’ve attended an in-house session

We update the Learning Hub regularly with new toolkits, templates, and courses so you can continue developing your knowledge over time.

Refunds and Policies

Refunds for eLearning are available within seven days of purchase if less than 50% of the course has been completed. You can submit a refund request through your account

Digital downloads and instant-access resources are non-refundable. Because they are delivered immediately upon purchase, they are considered consumed once accessed.

Refund, cancellation, or transfer terms for in-house training are agreed individually and included in a signed training contract before the booking is confirmed.
