Refunds for eLearning Courses
You may request a refund for any eLearning course under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.
You must have completed less than 50% of the course content at the time of your request.
How to Request a Refund
Log in to your account on our website.
Go to the Orders section.
Submit a refund request directly through the system.
We aim to review and process eligible refund requests promptly and will notify you of the outcome by email.
Refunds for In-House Training
For in-house training or bespoke bookings:
All terms relating to refunds, cancellations, date transfers, or changes will be discussed with you before booking.
These terms will be outlined in a training contract, which will be signed by both parties prior to the booking being confirmed.
Each contract will reflect the specific details and requirements of the agreed training.
