Known for her empathetic, compassionate, and practical approach, Amanda has worked extensively in support roles, helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, build resilience, and foster a sense of inclusion. With a background in providing employability support within mental health services, she has helped a range of organisations create more inclusive and supportive workplaces. She is passionate about empowering organisations to create supportive and inclusive environments for all employees.
