COURSE OVERVIEW

This course helps you embed inclusive practices and meet the requirements for Disability Confident Level 2 accreditation. Participants will explore what the scheme requires, how to apply it practically, and how to build a workplace culture that genuinely supports disabled employees.

The session helps teams take a proactive approach — strengthening policy, improving recruitment, and encouraging open, confident conversations about inclusion and adjustments.
