E-learning

What kind of e-learning courses do you offer?

We offer flexible, on-demand online courses focused on workplace well-being, workplace culture, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and personal development. Courses are designed to be practical, engaging, and easy to follow — no jargon, just real learning that makes a difference.

Do I need to finish the course in one sitting?

Not at all. Our eLearning is fully self-paced, so you can dip in and out whenever it suits you. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?

Yes — you’ll receive a digital certificate of completion as soon as you finish the course.

Can I access courses anytime?

Yes! Our e-learning courses are fully self-paced. Once you purchase a course, you can start it whenever it suits you and access it for the duration stated at checkout.

Can I get a refund for an e-learning course?

Yes — you’re eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 50% of the course. You can request a refund by logging into your account and going to the Orders section. See our Refund Policy for more details.

In-House Training

What areas do you cover for in-house training?

We deliver in-house training across Scotland. If you're based elsewhere in the UK or are interested in virtual delivery, get in touch — we’re happy to explore options with you.

What topics do you offer for in-house sessions?

We currently offer training in:

  • Workplace well-being and mental health

  • Building inclusive and supportive workplace cultures

  • Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)

  • Personal development

If you’re looking for something more specific, we’re happy to customise the content.

What if we need to cancel or change our booking?

All cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in your training contract. If your plans change, just let us know — we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer follow-up support after the training?

Yes — we're happy to discuss follow-up sessions, ongoing support, or additional resources if you’d like to build on what we’ve covered in training. Just mention it during your free consultation or after the session, and we’ll work with you to shape next steps.

Is your in-house training tailored to our organisation?

Yes — all our in-house training is tailored to your organisation’s needs. We’ll work with you to understand your goals, team, and context so that the training feels relevant and useful.

How do we book in-house training?

To get started, you can book a free 30-minute consultation via Microsoft Teams to talk through your training needs and options.

Once the details are finalised, we'll provide a training contract outlining the agreed details.

The booking is confirmed once the contract is signed by both parties.

Is there a minimum or maximum number needed for in-ouse training?

Although we can cater to groups of various sizes, as all our courses are interactive, we recommend a minimum of 6 participants to ensure that everyone can engage fully with the content.

For larger groups, we may need to provide an additional trainer to ensure the session runs smoothly. In these cases, there could be an additional cost to cover the provision of extra trainers.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution based on the size and needs of your team.

Can you help us plan a training journey over time, not just a one-off session?

Absolutely. We can help you plan a series of sessions or a longer-term training plan based on your goals. Whether it’s building a healthier culture, supporting staff development, or improving inclusion, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Training Style & Accessibility

What makes your training different?

Our training is person-centred, practical, and grounded in real experience. Whether it’s eLearning or in-house, we focus on creating training that feels meaningful and makes a lasting impact — not just something to tick off a list.

Do you offer training for individuals too?

Yes! Our e-learning courses are open to individuals — you don’t need to be part of an organisation to enrol. They're perfect for anyone looking to grow, develop workplace confidence, or improve their knowledge in inclusion and well-being.

Is your training accessible?

Yes. We aim to make all of our training as accessible and inclusive as possible. Our eLearning is designed with accessibility in mind — most content is compatible with screen readers and uses clear, easy-to-read formatting.

If you're booking in-house training, we’re happy to adapt the delivery style, materials, or environment to meet a variety of access needs — including visual, hearing, mobility, neurodiversity, or sensory preferences. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to make it work for you or your team.

Policies & Legal

What is your refund policy?

For e-learning, you're eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 50% of the course.

For in-house training, refund and cancellation terms are agreed in the training contract prior to booking confirmation.
