At Forward Focus Training, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, meaningful learning experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below to keep things clear, fair, and transparent.


Refunds for eLearning Courses

You may request a refund for any eLearning course under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • You must have completed less than 50% of the course content at the time of your request.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Go to the Orders section.

  3. Submit a refund request directly through the system.

We aim to review and process eligible refund requests promptly and will notify you of the outcome by email.


Refunds for In-House Training

For in-house training or bespoke bookings:

  • All terms relating to refunds, cancellations, date transfers, or changes will be discussed with you before booking.

  • These terms will be outlined in a training contract, which will be signed by both parties prior to the booking being confirmed.

  • Each contract will reflect the specific details and requirements of the agreed training.
