Refund Policy

At Forward Focus Training, we aim to make our refund policy straightforward and easy to understand. Below are the terms for each type of training we offer.


1. E-Learning Courses

Refunds for e-learning courses are available under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 50% of the course.
  • How to Request: Log in to your account, go to the Order section, and submit a refund request directly through our system.


2. Online Workshops

Booking for online workshops is made through Eventbrite, and refunds are processed via their platform:

  • Refunds: You can receive a full refund if the request is made at least 7 days before the workshop date. Please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
  • Transfers: After the 7-day period, refunds are not available, but you can transfer your booking to another person by contacting us.
  • How to Request: Use the Eventbrite system to request a refund or process a transfer.

3. In-House Training

For in-house training, terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, are agreed upon directly with your organisation at the time of booking:

  • Custom Agreements: The specific refund and cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.
  • Support: If you need to discuss changes to your booking, contact us directly.
