COURSE OVERVIEW

Trauma doesn’t stay at home. It follows people to work – even if we don’t always see it. In every team, someone is likely carrying past or ongoing trauma.

This Trauma-Sensitive Workplace Training helps you understand what trauma is, how it affects behaviour and performance, and how your workplace culture can reduce harm rather than add to it. You’ll explore ways to support people with care and confidence, without needing to know anyone’s history.

It’s about getting the basics right — communication, structure, flexibility, and trust.
