Knowing your rights can change your whole work experience. But many disabled people either don’t know what they’re entitled to, or don’t feel confident asking for it. 

This Your Rights At Work Training builds understanding around reasonable adjustments, workplace responsibilities under the Equality Act, and what to do if problems arise. We use relatable scenarios and offer realistic strategies for navigating tricky conversations. 

Whether the participants are current employees, apprentices, or jobseekers preparing for work, this training gives them tools to feel informed, empowered, and supported.

Training Format and Duration

Our Your Rights at Work Training is:

  • Supportive, inclusive, and accessible

  • Suitable for in-house teams, employability programmes, or community delivery

  • Adaptable to suit different learning levels and group needs

This is a 3-hour session, designed to offer focused, practical learning in a short format.

We recommend in-person delivery wherever possible. It allows for richer discussion, stronger peer connection, and a more supportive learning environment – especially when covering topics that may be new or sensitive for participants.
