COURSE OVERVIEW

Inclusive leadership isn’t about getting everything perfect. It’s about showing up, staying curious, and making people feel safe, seen, and supported.

This Inclusive Leadership Training gives managers the mindset and skills to lead diverse teams with empathy and purpose. You’ll explore how everyday habits — from meetings to decision-making — shape workplace culture. And you’ll learn how to build inclusion into how you lead, not just what you say.

The session is interactive, practical, and tailored to your context.

Training Format and Duration

Our Inclusive Leadership Training is:

  • Practical, reflective, and scenario-based

  • Designed for all leadership levels

  • Tailored to your values, structure, and sector

This is a full-day (6-hour) course only. The content includes values-based leadership development, self-assessment, and culture-shaping strategies. These topics require space for meaningful reflection, in-depth discussion, and practical planning. A shorter session simply wouldn’t give participants the time they need to explore their own leadership habits or engage with others meaningfully.

We strongly recommend in-person delivery. Being together in the room helps build trust, spark more open conversation, and improve the quality of group exercises and planning. It also creates a focused space for leadership teams to align, reflect, and commit to action without digital distractions.

  • Delivered in-person across Scotland (preferred) or online if needed
  • Recommended group size: 6–12 participants
