Welcome to Forward Focus Training Ltd. (referred to throughout these terms as “Forward Focus Training”). By accessing or using our website, services, or training, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchasing a course.

Forward Focus Training Ltd. is a training provider based in Scotland. We offer professional training in workplace well-being, workplace culture, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and personal development — through both in-house delivery and online eLearning.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or make a booking through this website.

  • All website content is owned by or licensed to Forward Focus Training and must not be copied or reused without written permission.

  • We make every effort to keep the information on our website accurate, but we reserve the right to update or change content at any time.

3. eLearning Courses

Access & Use

  • When you purchase an eLearning course, you’ll receive access through your account on our website.

  • Access is granted for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

  • Course access will be available for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 50% of the course content.

  • Refund requests should be submitted via your account’s Order section.

4. In-House Training

  • All in-house training is subject to a training contract, which includes terms relating to pricing, content, delivery, cancellation, and refunds.

  • This contract must be signed by both parties prior to the booking being confirmed.

  • Once confirmed, training dates are reserved for your organisation and may be subject to fees if cancelled or changed, as outlined in the contract.

5. Payment

  • Prices for courses and services are listed on our website or provided in a written quote.

  • Full payment is required prior to accessing eLearning or before the agreed training date for in-house services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations by Forward Focus Training

Forward Focus Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will offer you the option of a full refund or an alternative training date.

7. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials and course content are the intellectual property of Forward Focus Training. They may not be copied, shared, or used outside the scope of the agreed training without our written permission.

9. Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality training and resources, Forward Focus Training is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use of our services or website, except where required by law.
