My Training

Practical, real-world training designed to help teams feel more confident, consistent and clear in how they support people at work.

I deliver training across mental health, reasonable adjustments, inclusive workplaces and IPS, with a strong focus on what actually works in day-to-day roles.

What I offer

My training is designed to be practical, engaging and directly relevant to your organisation. Rather than focusing on theory alone, sessions are built around real workplace situations, helping teams understand what to do and how to respond with confidence.

Mental Health in the Workplace

Supporting managers and teams to recognise early signs, have supportive conversations and respond appropriately when someone is struggling.

Reasonable Adjustments Training

Helping organisations understand how to respond to requests, make balanced decisions and implement adjustments in a way that is fair, consistent and practical.

Inclusive Workplace Training

Helping teams move beyond awareness and build inclusive cultures through everyday behaviours, confidence and a better understanding of workplace barriers

IPS Training (Individual Placement and Support)

Practical IPS training for Employment Specialists and services, focused on applying the model confidently and delivering consistent, high-quality support.

How I Work

My approach is designed to make training feel relevant, practical and easy to apply, rather than something that sits separately from day-to-day work.

Understanding Your Team

Before the session, I gather information about your organisation, roles and any specific challenges you want to explore. This helps shape the training so it reflects real situations your team is dealing with.

Practical, Interactive Delivery

Training is delivered in an interactive, discussion-based way, using real scenarios and examples. The focus is on building confidence in how to respond, rather than relying on slides or theory alone.

Applying Learning in Practice

Participants work through realistic situations and leave with clear, practical approaches they can use in their role straight away. The aim is to make sure the training leads to real change in how things are handled day to day.
